In ME, there is no waiting period for accidents and injuries, and a 15-day waiting period for illnesses, as of January 1, 2023. Pre-existing conditions, including those where clinical signs are present prior to the effective date of the policy or during the waiting period or prior to the first exam, are excluded from coverage. Healthy Pet Credit: for each 12 month period that your enrolled pet goes without a paid pet insurance claim reimbursement, Fetch applies a 15% Healthy Pet Credit to your subsequent policy premium, up to a 30% maximum total. This credit may not be available in all states.
