North Shore Animal League America
North Shore Animal League America (Animal League America), which was established in 1944, is the world’s largest no-kill animal rescue and adoption organization. Spanning the organization’s 75-year history, they’ve rescued and placed over 1.1 million animals and developed best practices throughout the rescue community.
“Fetch by The Dodo shares our passion for animal rescue and the wellness of pets. Their support of our mission was key in developing this long-standing partnership.”
Senior Vice President, Animal League America
Animal League America’s mission is to Rescue, Nurture, Adopt and Educate — striving for a future in which all companion animals find responsible, loving homes where they are free from abuse, hunger, fear and loneliness and receive the care and respect they deserve.
Reuben, a Chihuahua mix, is always calm and positive. That's why his parents, Shahar and Jonathan, call him the "little gentleman."
"We adopted him from North Shore Animal League America because they really put effort into saving dogs and cats, and we liked that they have had a great reputation," said Jonathan.
In true Reuben fashion, he handed his big move to New York City with grace. "He's just a curious little guy," his parents added.
